Russian Polina Knoroz won the pole vault at the BRICS Games, taking place in Kazan.
Knoroz won with a score of 4.80 meters, which was his career best. Aksana Gataullina (4.55) took second place, Tatyana Kalinina (4.45) took third place.
Previously, Knoroz’s best result was a jump of 4.75m. She also achieved a jump of 4.81 m indoors, which she achieved in 2022 in France.
The BRICS Games will take place in Kazan from June 12 to 23.
