The goalkeeper started for the Netherlands for the match with Poland
Goalkeeper Dutch national team Bart Verbruggen became youngest goalkeeper starting lineup for European Championships over the past 60 years.
The Brighton player started for Oranje in the first round match of Euro 2024 with the Polish national team. On the day of the match, Bart was 21 years and 303 days old.
Verbruggen is making his eighth appearance for the Dutch first team. In previous meetings, Bart conceded four goals and kept five clean sheets.
