Ignatov, 23, is a silver medalist at the Russian Championship, a two-time winner of the Russian Cup final and a leg of the Nebelhorn Trophy international challenger series.
Trusova, 19, is an Olympic silver medalist.
Ignatov published a joint photo with Trusova and the ring on his Telegram channel. Ignatov accompanied the photo with the caption: “She said ‘Yes’!
