Drambaev, Sinchuk and Khlan are in the symbolic team of the Tournoi Maurice Revello tournament

Previously, Maxim was recognized as the best player, and Gennady took home the “Revelation of the Tournament” award

Ukrainians Alexander Drambaev, Gennady Sinchuk And Maxim Khlan were included in the symbolic team of the international friendly tournament of the tournament Tournoi Maurice Revello-2024.

At the same time, five places in the top 11 went to representatives of the finalist team – the Ivory Coast U-20 team.

If 23-year-old Drambaev and 21-year-old Khlan were placed in their usual positions (left back and left winger, respectively), then 17-year-old Sinchuk, the nominal wing forward, was given the conditional position of right back.

Let us remind you that earlier Gennady, who played his debut two matches for the Olympic team and scored two effective actions in the first of them, was awarded the “Revelation of the Tournament” award. The best player was recognized as Khlan, who scored two goals and gave two assists in the competition (in particular, he scored a goal in the final match).

The Ukrainian team became the winner of the Tournoi Maurice Revello tournament. Rotan’s team defeated Indonesia U-20 (3:0) and Italy U-21 (4:0) in the group stage, defeated Panama U-23 (2:0) and Japan U-19 (2:1), and in the final beat Ivory Coast U-20 in a penalty shootout.

Let us remind you that in the second half of the summer of 2024, Ukraine will take part in the Olympic football tournament for the first time in its history. Ruslan Rotan’s team won a ticket to Paris last year, reaching the semi-finals of the European Youth Championship.

The Ukrainian national team will play at the 2024 Olympics with Argentina, Morocco and Iraq. In the first round, Rotan’s team will meet the Asian team on July 24.
