Russian cyclist Gleb Syritsa has accepted an invitation from the International Olympic Committee (IOC) to participate in the Paris Games in neutral status, reports the IOC press service.
Earlier, the IOC had sent an invitation to Syritsa to compete in road cycling. He was granted the right to take a quota at the Paris Games after being refused Alexandra Vlasova.
Recall that Alena Ivanchenko and Tamara Dronova also accepted the IOC’s invitations to perform at the Paris Olympics in neutral status.
The Olympic Games will take place from July 26 to August 11.
