Honorary Vice-President of the International Skating Union (ISU) Alexander Lakernik told that after a special decision of the council, Russian judges will be able to work at ISU tournaments.

Earlier, the ISU included Russian representatives in the lists of judges and starters for short track and speed skating competitions for the 2024/25 season. At the same time, the ISU reminded that officials belonging to the Russian Skating Union and the Belarusian Skating Union cannot be invited, appointed and allowed to participate in international competitions and other events held under the auspices of the ISU by decision of the organization.
