I understand that everyone now has many questions: will I continue skating, have I kept my motivation and will I stay in the seat? Of course, I still have the motivation! I go out on the ice and train every day.

The dancing couple Alexandra Shinkarenko and Valery Angelopol formed in January 2024. The skaters trained at the Evgeni Plushenko Academy under the guidance of Natalya Linichuk.
It is worth noting that in August 2023 the duet of Angelopol and Vasilisa Kaganovsa broke up. Then Kaganovskaya made a statement saying that the decision to break up the couple was made by Angelopol. Last November, Valery tried to partner up with Arina Ushakova, but their duet did not last even two months.
