Russian figure skater Maria Rebrova announced his retirement.

– I’m done. This decision was very difficult for me. Thanks to all the coaches who worked with me. Each one supported me in their own way, helped me, worked, loved and supported me, but each one brought me a huge amount of knowledge and skills!

Many thanks to my parents, they have always been there and helped me!

Thanks to the friends who have walked this path with me, they have seen what it all costs.

13 years have passed unnoticed and very bright! But unfortunately, the second fracture in six months became a point of no return and I made this decision. Maybe I will continue skating for myself, because I really love this sport,” Rebrova wrote on the social network.

The last time Rebrova stepped on the ice in official competitions was in the 2022/23 season.
