Ukrainian tennis player Diana Yastremskaya paired with an Australian by Max Purcell competing in mixed doubles, she lost in the first round Wimbledon 2024 from the duet Nathaniel Lammons/Ena Shibahara.
The match lasted only 53 minutes. The first set for the Ukrainian pair started disastrously – Yastremska and Purcell were losing 0:5, but managed to avoid the “donut” in the set and lost 1:6.
The second game followed a similar scenario: the Ukrainian pair allowed their opponents to break twice and lost 2:6.
