Danish cyclist Jonas Vingegaard of the Jumbo-Visma team has become the winner of the 11th stage of the Tour de France.
He covered a distance of 211 km in 4 hours 58 minutes. The second was the Slovenian Tadej Pogacar of the UAE Team Emirates, the third was completed by the Belgian Remco Evenepoel of Soudal Quick-Step.
Russian Alexander Vlasov of Bora-Hansgrohe did not compete in the race. He withdrew from the Tour de France with a broken ankle resulting from a crash during the ninth stage of the stage race on July 8.
In the general classification, Pogačar, double winner of the Tour de France, retains the lead.
The twelfth stage, which will be 203.6 km long, will take place on Thursday, July 11.
