Valencia signed the Sevilla striker Rafu MiraThe forward joined on loan until the end of the season with an option to buy.
The 25-year-old striker previously played for Valencia’s youth teams and played for the Bats’ reserves. Rafa later moved to Wolverhampton, from where he played on loan in Huesca, Las Palmas. In 2021, the forward became a Sevilla player.
Last season, Mir played 22 matches for Nervion in all competitions. The forward scored three goals and made one assist.
Earlier, Valencia announced the extension of the contract with striker Hugo Duro. The forward was a competitor of Ukrainian Roman Yaremchuk in the previous season. Let us recall that the Bats decided not to buy out the contract of the Ukrainian striker.
Valencia finished the season in 9th place in La Liga. In the first round of the new Spanish championship, Ruben Baraja’s team will play Barcelona on August 17.
