Sofia Samodelkina won a gold medal at the Kazakhstan Figure Skating Championships.
Samodelkina, who was in second place after the short program, scored a total of 161.43 points in two performances. Sofia Farafonova took second place (140.55), third place went to Anna Sannikova (136.21).
For 17-year-old Samodelkina, this Kazakhstan championship was the first after changing her sports citizenship in 2023. The athlete was born in Moscow and has already participated in international competitions under the Russian flag.
