Ukraine National Beach Soccer Team confidently defeated the team United Arab Emirates in the third round Euroleagues 2024 in Division B – 5:2.
The first period was an equal fight, the Ukrainians opened the scoring, but conceded two goals in response. The second 12 minutes were successful for the blue-yellows. Dmytro Voitenko converted a penalty, and then Oleh Shchytnyk and Maksym Voitok put Ukraine ahead. Igor Levchenko put the finishing touches on the match.
The Ukrainian team won Group B with nine points. Let us recall that in the first two matches, Nikolay Kostenko’s team defeated Lebanon and Saudi Arabia with the same score (6:1). The UAE team also advanced to the playoffs from second place in the group.
In the semi-finals, the blue-yellows will meet the second team of Group A. The match will take place on Saturday, July 20. The final of the tournament will take place on Sunday.
