Swimmer Roman Chevliakov won the 50-meter butterfly in the Russian Cup final in Yekaterinburg.
Shevlyakov showed a result of 23.07 seconds in the final swim. Egor Yurchenko (23.53) took second place, Mikhail Vekovishchev (23.55) took third.
The winner of the women’s 100m backstroke was Alina Gaifutdinova (59.87). The second result was shown by Vlada Eggi (1:00.84), the top three was closed by Elizaveta Agapitova (1:01.01).
Ilya Borodin won gold in the 400m individual medley in 4 minutes 11.71 seconds. Maxim Stupin took second place (4:15.50), third place went to Yaroslav Sokolovsky (4:19.43).
In the strongest swimming over a distance of 1500 m freestyle among women, Ksenia Misharina showed the best result – 16.17.23. Alexandra Khailova finished second (16:26.46), third Polina Kozyakina (16:37.30).
