It was reported that the player would sign a 4-year deal
Ukrainian forward Bruges Roman Yaremchuk officially became a player Olympiacos.
It was reported that the player would sign a four-year contract with an annual salary of 1.5 million euros. The player’s transfer will cost Olympiacos five million euros, including bonus payments.
Trabzonspor held out hope to sign the Ukrainian until the very last moment. Let us recall that the Turkish club was ready to pay 8 million euros for the Ukrainian forward, and to significantly increase Roman’s salary.
According to Sport Arena, the Ukrainian’s candidacy was also considered by English Brentford. However, Yaremchuk gave preference to the Olympiacos project, which won the Conference League last season.
Yaremchuk spent last season on loan at Valencia, but returned to Brugge on July 1 after the end of the season. Roman played 29 matches for the Spanish club, scoring four goals.
Olympiacos finished third in the Greek Super League. In the first round of the new season, Oli will face Volos on August 17.
