Ukrainian Elizabeth Litvinenko in the 1/8 finals Olympic Games 2024 in judo in the weight category up to 78 kg defeated the representative of Kosovo Lorian Cook.
Litvinenko has made it to the quarterfinals of the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, where her opponent will be Italian Alice Bellandi. This quarterfinal clash will take place today, August 1.
For 20-year-old Yelizaveta Litvinenko, these are the first Olympic Games in her career. Her track record includes bronze won at the 2022 World Championships.
Ukraine won two medals at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris — Sergey Kulish won silver in the 50-meter air rifle shooting competition, and Olga Harlan won a bronze medal in sabre fencing.
