This is FAVBET’s first experience of cooperation with representatives of non-gaming sports
FAVBET and the Ukrainian Fencing Federation signed an agreement about cooperation, according to which a well-known Ukrainian company becomes the general partner of the Ukrainian National Fencing Team and the Ukrainian Championship competitions of the 24/25 season.
This is the first experience of cooperation between FAVBET and representatives of non-game sports. The new partnership is intended not only to strengthen the position of the popular brand, but also to give impetus to more active development of fencing in Ukraine.
«Fencing is a sport that has a long tradition in Ukraine and many talented athletes. We have been following the state of affairs in this discipline for some time now, and attended competitions at the invitation of the Federation President Mikhail Ilyashev. We hope that our new partnership with the FFU will help increase the success of Ukrainian fencers in the international arena and open this spectacular sport to even more Ukrainians,” tells Head of Sport Marketing FAVBET Denis Yakimov.
President of the Fencing Federation of Ukraine Mikhail Ilyashev: “We are very pleased that FAVBET has become the general partner of the federation for the next season. This is not only a high assessment of the popularity and status of fencing, but also the quality of the federation’s work. Such a partnership will provide FAVBET with significant reputational advantages as a leading company that supports Ukrainian sports. I have every reason to hope that this is only the beginning of a long-term cooperation that will only deepen.”
Today FAVBET is one of the largest sponsors of Ukrainian sports, supporting both professional and amateur teams and athletes.
In 2024, the company is a partner of several football clubs in the UPL and the First League, cooperates with the hockey and basketball federations of Ukraine, and also sponsors two eSports teams.
Since 2023, FAVBET has been a partner of the National Platform for Sports Integrity, which combats match-fixing and corruption in Ukrainian sports.
