Two representatives from China took silver and bronze
Men’s final of the competition trampoline jumpingas before the women’s, brought a medal to the “neutral” athletes Olympic Games 2024. This time – gold.
It was won by Ivan Litvinovich. He became the first athlete in the history of the Olympic Games to become a two-time champion in trampoline jumping. Three years ago in Tokyo, Ivan won as a representative of Belarus. Among the six Olympic champions in this sport is also a Ukrainian – Yuri Nikitin (2004).
Two more places on the podium were taken by Chinese gymnasts: Wang Zisai (silver medal) and Yan Lanyu (bronze).
Let us recall that in the women’s final of the 2024 Olympic Games in trampoline jumping, the silver medal was won by the “neutral” athlete Violetta Bordilovskaya, also a native of Belarus. The “gold” was won by the representative of Great Britain, Briony Page.
Ukraine has so far won two medals at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris — Sergey Kulish won silver in the 50-meter air rifle shooting competition, and Olga Harlan won a bronze medal in sabre fencing.
The 2024 Olympic Games will end on August 11. The competitions in Paris will feature 329 sets of medals in 32 sports.
