Ukraine was represented in table tennis at the Olympics in Paris by three athletes. Solomiya Brateiko lost to Elizabeta Samara from Romania (3:4) in the 1/32 finals, Yaroslav Zhmudenko lost to Fan Zhendong from China (0:4) at the same stage. Finally, Margarita Pesotskaya made it to the 1/16 finals, but was defeated by the fifth seed, Romanian Bernadetta Shos (1:4).
The 2024 Olympic Games will end on August 11. The competitions will feature 329 sets of awards in 32 sports. Ukraine is represented in Paris by 140 athletes in 23 sports – this is the smallest representation of the blue and yellow during the Olympics.
