France’s Valentin Madouas and Christophe Laporte won silver and bronze medals
Belgian cyclist Remco Evenepoel won gold in the road race at Olympics 2024 in Paris.
The Belgian finished alone, more than a minute ahead Valentena Maduasa from France. Another Frenchman, Christophe Laportewon the bronze medal.
A Ukrainian racer took part in the men’s group race Anatoly BudyakThe Ukrainian finished almost 20 minutes after the winner in 66th place.
Evenepoel, 24, won his second gold at the 2024 Olympics in Paris. Earlier, the Belgian won the time trial with a separate start.
The 2024 Olympic Games will end on August 11. The competitions will feature 329 sets of awards in 32 sports. Ukraine is represented in Paris by 140 athletes in 23 sports – this is the smallest representation of the blue and yellow during the Olympics.
