Athletistic / Olympic Games. Polish canoeist Dorota Borowska will compete at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris (France). The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has overturned its decision to disqualify the Polish player.
A banned substance, Clostebol, was found in Borowski’s body. However, Dorota denied intentionally taking the drug and said the substance entered her system through the cream she used on her dog’s paws.
On August 1, a hearing of the CAS Visiting Committee was held to lift the athlete’s temporary suspension. They did not end in Borovskaya’s favor, but on Sunday, August 4, an appeal was considered, the results of which were in favor of the Polish athlete.

Dorota Borovska will debut at the 2024 Olympic Games on Tuesday, August 6, competing in the women’s doubles event over a distance of 500 meters.
