Athletistic/OI-2024. Nine-time Olympic champion in artistic gymnastics Larisa Latynina commented on Simone Biles’ achievements at the Paris Olympics, where the American won three medals.
“I didn’t have a chance to watch the Olympics, but it’s good that my record hasn’t been broken yet,” Latynina noted in an interview with SE.
Latynina has won nine Olympic titles, including two at the 1964 Tokyo Games. Biles has seven gold medals to her name.
