Athletistic/Others. Three-time Olympic synchronized swimming champion Alla Shishkina invited the former head of Moscow’s anti-doping laboratory, Grigory Rodchenkov, to “taste” her doping sample.

The athlete made this statement after the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) reported that the United States plans to continue the campaign to “isolate” Russia from world sport with new publications on alleged doping violations. According to the SVR, the main blow is expected to be dealt to rhythmic gymnastics, synchronized swimming and figure skating.

“I will answer for myself and my team. We have never experienced or even seen doping. We simply do not know what it is! All our medals and titles were won only thanks to work, health, long hours of training and talent of athletes and coaches. If citizen Rodchenkov and his associates want to check our samples, let them do it as much as they want. As part of a new search, I offer him to taste one of my first samples from the 2009 World Cup – he has already brewed. Enjoy!” – Sport Express quotes Shishkina.
