Japanese Rei Higuchi became the champion in weight category up to 57 kg among mendefeating American Spencer Richard Lee in the final 4:2. Bronze medals went to Aman Sehrawat from India and Gulomjon Abdullaev from Uzbekistan.

Representative of Bulgaria Magomed Ramazanov won gold in weight category up to 86 kg among menIn the final, he defeated Rio 2016 champion and Tokyo 2020 silver medalist Iranian Hassan Yazdani 7:1.

The bronze medalists in this weight category were American Aaron Markel Brooks and Dauren Kourougliev from Greece.

Gold in weight category up to 57 kg among women the Japanese woman won Tsugumi Sakurai. In the final, the 22-year-old athlete defeated Anastasia Nikita from Moldova 6:0. Bronze medals were won by American Helen Louise Maroulis and Hong Kexin from China.

The 2024 Summer Olympics will end on August 11. The competition will feature 329 sets of medals in 32 sports.
