Krylov became Russian athletics champion in the 100m

Konstantin Krylov won the 100m at the Russian Athletics Championships.

Krylov showed a result of 10.31 seconds. Danila Ten took second place (10.37), bronze went to Ivan Afonin (10.45).

In the women’s 100m final, Yulia Karavaeva took first place with a time of 11.14 seconds. The silver medalist was Natalya Kombarova (11.36). Third place went to Belarusian Yanina Lutsenko (11.49), bronze was won by Victoria Maksimova (11.56).

In the women’s 5,000m race, Svetlana Aplachkina became the first with a time of 15 minutes 18.81 seconds. Olga Vovk took second place (15:19.15), Lyubov Dubrovskaya won bronze (15:19.88). In the same discipline, Vladimir Nikitin won among men (13:37.55). Evgeny Rybakov came second (13:44.48), Anatoly Rybakov showed the third result (13:44.81).

In the shot put, Ekaterina Burmistrova became the champion of Russia, showing a result of 16.87 meters. Snezhana Trofimets got the silver – 16.86. Alena Gordeeva won the bronze (16.78). The best result in this discipline was shown by Belarusian Alena Dubitskaya – 18.63. In the men’s category, Belarusian Oleg Tomashevich showed the best result – 21.13. Alexander Lesnoy became the champion of Russia (19.56). Maxim Afonin won the silver medal (19.49), bronze went to Semyon Borodaev (18.49).

Another Belarusian, Tatyana Kholodovich, became the best in javelin throwing – 61.27 m. Valeria Putilina became the champion of Russia (58.54). Ella Kuznetsova won silver (57.66), Alexandra Perova won bronze (56.98).
