Prime Minister Poland Donald Tusk said his country wants to host the summer Olympic Games V 2040 or 2044 year.
“Poland will make efforts to host the Olympic Games. Life will show whether this is a realistic goal, but we will take it seriously.”
Tusk said 2040 and 2044 were the earliest realistic dates, given other IOC decisions on hosting events.
Let us recall that the next Summer Olympic Games in 2028 will be held in Los Angeles. The Games in 2032 will be held in Brisbane, Australia. The venue for the 2036 Olympic Games is still vacant, but one of the main contenders is Qatar.
