On March 6, the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) published the criteria according to which Russian Paralympic athletes will be able to participate in the Paris Games only in neutral status. They are prohibited from participating in the opening and closing ceremonies of the Paralympic Games, and their medals will not count towards the overall standings.
