Bronze medalist of the 2024 Olympics Mikhail Kokhan will compete in the hammer throw. In the high jump, he will compete Oleg Doroshchuk. Anna Ryzhikova will take part in the 400-meter hurdles.
Earlier, Kokhan won bronze at the Diamond League stage in Paris, after which he won an Olympic medal. Ryzhikova also won bronze at the stage in Rabat this year. Doroshchuk will take part in the Diamond League competition for the first time.
Before the event in Silesia, there will be a stage in Lausanne, where three Ukrainians will take part. Olympic champion Yaroslava Mahuchikh and 2024 Games medalist Iryna Gerashchenko will compete in the high jump. They will also be joined by Artur Felfner, who will compete in the javelin throw.
