Athletistic / Figure skating. Russian Olympic figure skating champion Alina Zagitova spoke about her preparation for the ice show “Keepers of Time”. She did it by spinning on ropes with Dmitry Solovyov.
“I never studied physics, but my whole life is one continuous physics. It’s good that we are filming this. Do you see how far we go for the sake of beauty and entertainment? Now we are trying for you?” God forbid. Don’t come just to see it! (Laughs.)” – said Zagitova in a video posted on her social media page.
In the summer of 2019, Zagitova announced the suspension of her figure skating career. Interestingly, so far she has not officially announced her final retirement from the sport. The figure skater is the 2018 Olympic champion in single skating, the silver medalist of these Games in team competitions, the world champion (2019) and the winner of the Grand Prix Final (2017).
On July 23, Alina Zagitova received a diploma of higher education in the program “Production and Cultural Policy” of the direction “Journalism” of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA). Earlier, a 22-year-old Russian woman spoke about her intention to enroll in a master’s program.
