Mandzin became world champion in summer biathlon among juniors in sprint

Four Ukrainians took part in the race.

Ukrainian biathlete Vitaly Mandzin won the sprint of the World Junior Biathlon Championships, held in Otepää (Estonia).

The athlete completed two shots cleanly, which allowed him to win gold.

Three other Ukrainians took part in the race. Bogdan Borkovsky showed the seventh result, Sergei Suprun – 11, and Mikhail Khmil – 20.

Let’s remember that Dmitry Pidruchny won supersprint gold at the Summer Biathlon World Championships, Artem Tishchenko was a silver medalist.
