Krasnoyarsk “Yenisei” won a victory over St. Petersburg “Zenith” during the second round match of the group stage of the Volleyball Legends Cup.
The match ended with a score of 3:1 (28:30, 25:21, 25:20, 25:19) in favor of the Krasnoyarsk team.
“Enisey” and “Zenit” play in Group B. In the next round, Krasnoyarsk will play against “Belogorye”, and “Zenit” will meet with “Dynamo” from Moscow.
In Group A there are Kazan “Zenit”, Novosibirsk “Lokomotiv”, Kemerovo “Kuzbass” and Novy Urengoy “Fakel Yamal”. They will play the first round matches in Kazan, the second round matches will be held in Novosibirsk.
The teams finishing top two in their group will play in the Final Four. The prize fund of the Legends Cup is 10 million rubles; the tournament is part of the Russian Cup and will end in October.
