Fonseca still unable to win at Rossoneri
Milan in the second round Serie A lost away to a league newcomer Parma with a score of 1:2.
The vice-champion conceded in the second minute, when Dennis Man (the evil genius of the Ukrainian national team at Euro 2024) headed in a pass from Emanuele Valeri into an empty net.
The game then went on a counter-course. Milan created many chances, but could not score. In response, Parma counter-attacked very sharply – Man and his colleagues had chances to increase the score.
In the middle of the second half, the Rossoneri finally got even. The visitors managed to roll out the opponent’s defense, and in the final attack, Rafael Leao rolled the ball to Christian Pulisic.
Milan went for the win – and instead conceded. Another counterattack by the hosts led to success – Matteo Cancelleri ended up scoring the winning goal.
Milan have had a disastrous start to the season, taking just one point against Torino and Parma. Paulo Fonseca has yet to win with Milan. The Crusaders, on the other hand, are unbeaten.
