Swedish Ski Association chairwoman Karin Mattsson has resigned due to dissatisfaction with financial working conditions.
Karin Mattsson has been head of the Swedish Ski Association since 2018.
“I have to do it because this job takes up too much time, but in fact it is not commercial. The wages here are purely symbolic. In fact, I have neither work nor pension. And I have reached the point where I have to set priorities. It is time for me to earn my living,” Mattsson was quoted as saying by Expressen.
She was the first female president of the Swedish Ski Association.
