Spain youth international to play on loan
Celtic signed the defender Barcelona Alex ValleThe 20-year-old footballer joined the Scottish club on loan until the end of the season.
Valle is a product of the Blaugrana Academy and has spent the last few seasons on loan in Andorra and then Levante, making 29 appearances last season.
Alex is a player for the youth teams of Spain of several age groups. Valle reached the semi-finals of the Euro 2023 U-19 with the Pyrenees, scoring an assist in the qualifying round against the Ukrainian team (4:0).
Celtic are top of the Scottish Premier League with nine points and next face Rangers in the derby on September 1.
