The Ukrainian Olympic and youth team player spent the last season and a half in Alexandria
Chernomorets officially announced the signing of the young midfielder Miner Kirill Sigeev.
The details of the transfer have not been announced, but earlier information appeared that it was a loan – for six months or until the end of the season.
The 20-year-old footballer, a product of Shakhtar, has not yet played for the Miners’ first team. However, he has established himself at the adult level as part of Oleksandria, where he has played on loan since March 2023 – a total of 39 matches, two goals and two assists.
In addition, Kirill is a player of the youth (four matches in 2022-2023) and Olympic teams of Ukraine, as part of which he won the Maurice Revello tournament this year, and also became a participant in the historic 2024 Olympics for our country.
This is already the second transfer from Shakhtar to Chornomorets in recent days. Let us recall that earlier the Sailors added experienced winger Ivan Petryak to their ranks.
After four rounds, the Odessa team is in 13th place in the UPL with three points. On August 31, Chornomorets will host Poliesie.
