Today, August 29, the premiere of the ice show “Keepers of Time” will take place in Kazan.
— On the one hand, your show coincides with the celebration of the Republic Day, on the other hand, this compressed the preparation time. How long did it take you to create the show?
– Three months. I consulted professionals with extensive experience in organizing shows. They said that it took nine months to a year to put on a production of this level. When they learned that I only had three months, they said that the work that awaited us was extremely difficult and warned that we would have to work a lot without sleeping.
-Are you awake?
“Yesterday I worked here from eight in the morning until late at night, making the final adjustments. The day before yesterday I spent 11 hours on the ice, doing several races. For a month we rode until five or six in the morning. It’s really hard. I try to do everything, understand all the details and immerse myself in the process. Maybe it’s due to my age and desire for perfection,” Zagitova said in an interview with BUSINESS Online.
