A hearing has begun in a Moscow court in the case of figure skater Parsegova’s departure from the Plushenko Academy

The next hearing has begun in the case of the Academy of Angels Plushenko and figure skater Arina Parsegova at the Nikulinsky District Court of Moscow, a correspondent reports from the scene.

The first court hearing took place on July 17, Parsegova’s side filed a counterclaim, then the hearing of the case was postponed from July 30 to August 7. On Friday, the figure skater’s mother, Natalya Parsegova, is present in the courtroom.

In 2023, Parsegova left the Plushenko Academy and began working with Honored Coach of Russia Eteri Tutberidze. In June, Plushenko Angels Academy co-owner Yana Rudkovskaya told that she would sue the figure skater’s parents over her departure. On the Telegram channel, she clarified that almost 2 million rubles were spent on Parsegova’s training. So, the figure skater’s parents will be required to return the money and pay all legal fees.
