130 children arrived in Ivano-Frankivsk region
Miner, together with the fund Shakhtar Social, joined the initiative of the club’s technical partner PUMA to organize the camp Forever.Faster Kids Camp for children who have lost their parents.
Forever.Faster Kids Camp was held from August 12 to 21 for 130 Ukrainian children who lost one or both parents as a result of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
The Donetsk club donated 500 thousand hryvnias to hold the event. An online meeting with Shakhtar players Valeriy Bondar and Viktor Tsukanov was also held for children.
Shakhtar has repeatedly paid for medical treatment abroad for Ukrainian servicemen. The Miners have also held charity matches in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Ukrainian people.
