Ukrainian wins medal at second Diamond League stage in a row
Ukrainian track and field athlete Oleg Doroshchuk became the bronze medalist of the stage Diamond League V Rome V high jump.
Doroshchuk shared third place with Italian Gianmarco Tabmeri. Both athletes cleared 2.27 m on their second attempt and failed to clear 2.30 m.
The gold medal at the Rome stage went to Korean Woo Sang-hyuk, whose result was 2.30 m. Thanks to fewer attempts at a height of 2.27 m, he was ahead of Romain Beckford from Jamaica.
Doroshchuk won a medal at the second stage of the Diamond League in a row. Last week, the Ukrainian came in third in Silesia.

The next stage of the competition will take place in Zurich on September 5, and the 2024 Diamond League final will be held in Brussels from September 13 to 14.
