Kulinich-Sorokina, Paralympic medalist: “I learn good running technique from horses”

Russian track and field athlete Anna Kulinich-Sorokina told how she was preparing for the 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris, noting that she learned proper racing technique from horses.

Kulinich-Sorokina (class F12) won silver in the javelin throw at the Paralympic Games in Paris. In the last attempt, which was the best, Kulinich-Sorokina threw the javelin 38.10 meters. The victory was won by China’s Zhao Yuping (47.06), who set a world record.

— What are your emotions after winning a silver medal in the javelin throw?

– I’m just shocked. I was looking forward to the competition, but I didn’t think it would go so well.

– That it’s my nice hobby.
