As we have seen, in the last 30 minutes Sturm’s players could no longer continue to play their game.”
“As for Vivcharenko, he played very well in attack and, as a result, he managed to score. I assumed that the appearance of Vivcharenko and Karavaev on the field would change the game, because these are players of a more attacking plan.
“Replacing Garmash was due to the fact that he began to get nervous and protest, which is unacceptable for a professional player with his experience. His replacement is connected with this, because he could create big problems for our team.
Recall that in the second leg of the third round of the Champions League qualification, Dynamo defeated Sturm with a score of 2:1 in extra time.
In the playoffs of the Champions League qualification, Lucescu’s wards will play against Ukrainian forward Roman Yaremchuk’s Benfica. Meetings between Benfica and Dynamo are scheduled for 16/17 and 23/24 August.
