Sports Palace V Kharkov destroyed after a massive attack by Russian occupiers on the city on September 1.
The Russians reportedly struck the building four times. Another sports facility was also damaged. In total, three locations in Kharkiv were reportedly hit by the invaders with guided bombs and ballistic missiles.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that more than 30 people were already known to have been injured after the attack. Another 30 people were evacuated from the areas where the fires broke out.
Let us recall that on the night of August 27, Russians attacked the center of Kryvyi Rih. The invaders destroyed the hotel where Shakhtar planned to stay before the match with Kryvbas in the UPL.
Early in the morning of February 24, 2022, Russia launched a missile attack and aerial bombardment of most Ukrainian cities, and then launched a full-scale military invasion. The Russian war against Ukraine has been going on for 921 days.
