Athletistic/Figure skating. Director of the Sambo-70 Center Renat Laishev shared information about the plans of Russian figure skater Kamila Valieva. This summer, the 18-year-old athlete graduated from the Sambo-70 Center school, after which information appeared about her admission to the Moscow State University of Sports and Tourism (MGUSiT).
“Kamila Valieva entered MGIMO – this is her personal choice. I don’t know what specialty she decided to go to, but Kamila will study at MGIMO and probably work on Channel One. This in itself is prestigious and joyful for Valieva, her family, mentors and the Sambo-70 school,” Laishev said in an interview with a Sport24 correspondent.
Recall that in January Kamila Valieva was disqualified for four years for violating anti-doping rules before the 2022 Olympics.
