FC Khust missed the tour Kremne missed the tour

The best personalities and key figures of the tour are here.

Goalkeeper – Valery Voskonyan (SK Poltava)

While the experienced Vartsaba is in the infirmary, SK Poltava is relying on its summer newcomer. Voskonyan is a former goalkeeper of the Armenian national team and a champion of the First League with Ingulets, his invitation is a very timely decision by the townspeople. In three matches of the new championship, Valeriy missed only one goal, and in Zaporozhye he saved the shots of Alibekov (two), Borisenko and Bandurin, and also played confidently on the exits and interceptions. The zero with Metallurg, like many other draws and “dry” results of the tour, would have been impossible without the reliable play of the goalkeeper.

  • Best in Group A: Oleg Bilyk (Epicenter)

Praw defender – Dmitry Shinkarenko (Bukovina)

A difficult match for Chernivtsi: there were injuries, sendings off, they played out the game with a man down, and also a new tactical scheme with changes in defense… It’s good that the experience of the leading footballers allowed them to survive all this, as well as a good attack from Ternopil, although weakened by the absence of Riznyk. For example, Shinkarenko withstood the confrontation with the Bey-Gatal duo, blocked the latter’s shot in a surprisingly tense situation near Kanevtsev’s goal and joined the attacks well. From his passes, Kilevoy, Holub and Goncharuk could have easily intensified the game.

  • Best in Group B: Petr Kharzhevsky (FSK Marupol)

Thiscentral defender – Daniil Sidorenko (Agribusiness)

The tough confrontation with Prykarpattya once again showed the strengths of Agrobiznes – the leader is in first place, because it compensates for its weaknesses with strong-willed qualities, intransigence and precision in following the coach’s instructions. And defender Sidorenko, playing in Ivano-Frankivsk against such difficult forwards as Khoma, Barchuk, Kos and Tsutsiura, made seven interceptions and tackles, practically did not lose in aerial combat and worked very carefully with the ball – both for tackles and passes.

  • Best in Group B: Dmitry Makhnev (YUKSA)

ThisCentral defender – Vitaliy Fedoriv (Metalist)

Veteran Fedoriv returned to the game at the end of August and how confidently he plays the second match in a row! In the confrontation with Epicenter, an opponent who has good attacking players and in the last round sent five goals into the goal of the Khust team, Vitaliy played very reliably at his goal. He also performed many useful actions in taking possession of the ball, won most of the duels, and also blocked the shot of the guests’ top scorer Kravchuk from a scoring position.

  • Best in Group B: Yuri Kravchuk (Victoria)

Lethe defender is Alexey Malaki (FSK Mariupol)

In the absence of Fateev, the reliability and combat capability of FSK Mariupol’s defensive link was an acute issue. Nevertheless, it stood the test of Dinaz with its experienced forwards and powerful midfielders with good striking power. Specifically, Malaki played hard on his flank and scored in the counterattack, at the origins of which he stood. His laconic and cool finish after Demchenko’s pass largely closed the match (the score became crushing in favor of the guests).

  • Best in Group A: Daniel Vernattus (Metalist)

ThisCentral midfielder – Akhmed Alibekov (Metallurgist)

The Zaporizhzhya team drew a difficult match against SK Poltava, and this is a quite satisfactory result, given the difficult 2024 for the team, which managed to fly out and miraculously survive in the First League. We note Alibekov, who, upon returning to his native club, immediately took on the role of leader of the Metallurg midfield. He really led the hosts’ game, gave several passes and twice himself quite dangerously hit the goal of the visitors. If not for Voskonyan’s saves (see the nomination “Best Goalkeeper of the Tour”), there would have been one less goalless draw in this tour.

  • Best in Group A: Maxim Bagachansky (Metalist)

PrThe second midfielder is IlI am Zubkov (FSK Mariupol)

It was hard to give preference to anyone at the start of the match in Kyiv region, and it was here that Zubkov with his Dynamo school and UPL background came to the fore. It was he who, after Savin’s shot, right in front of the goalkeeper, most inconveniently tipped the ball into the goal, and then did not leave the game, kicking it towards Dinaz’s goal. The main thing is that Ilya combined well, changed zones, and constantly supported center forward Petrenko in front. A very pleasant harmony was established in the Azov team’s game.

  • Best in Group A: Maksym Solovyov (Carpathian region)

Atdefensive midfielder – Ruslan Palamar (Victoria)

Needless to say, the match with FC Kudrovka was very important for Victoria. Firstly, it is worth noting that this was the first home match after two postponements that the Sumy team managed to play in this championship (it played it in the capital at the NTK named after the first president of the FFU Bannikov). Secondly, it was able to beat a fairly strong opponent, using its ex-player for this. Palamar, who previously played for Kudrovka-Niva, first converted a penalty earned by defender (!) Kravchuk, and then himself gave a good goal pass to Mashtalir. This was a decisive contribution to the third victory of the Sumy team in the championship in a row.

  • Best in Group A: Nikolay Mironyuk (Epicenter)

Lethe second midfielder is Daniil Goncharuk (Bukovina)

I would like to say a few good words about Holub, who before the injury in his usual style made several runs with an aggravation from the goal line. Let him recover quickly, but for now Goncharuk has more than worthily replaced his teammate. It was Danylo who opened the scoring, starting an attack from the depth of the left flank and reacting to a rebound after a pass from Khamelyuk. He entered the game well, immediately aggravated it and with a shot under the crossbar brought Bukovina a victory over the Ternopil team (the hosts, by the way, finished the game with a man down).

  • Best in Group B: Sergey Mashtalir (Victoria)

Onfalling – Maxim Voitikhovsky (Agribusiness)

Voytikhovsky’s training in the top UPL clubs – Dnipro, Chornomorets, Shakhtar – prepared him for sports versatility. Already in the First League, the former defender and defensive midfielder retrained back to forward, having developed this skill in Tlumak’s Volyn and Kostyshyn’s Podillia. In Agrobiznes, he is, in fact, the only forward – albeit a surrogate, artificially brought forward. Maksym already in the debut ambushed the unsuccessful game of the goalkeeper and scored into the gates of Prykarpattia, and then imposed a fight on the opponents, conscientiously worked on a large space of the field and made his contribution to another victory of the leader.

  • Best in Group B: Dmitry Pentelychuk (FSK Mariupol)

Onfalling – Ivan Petrenko (FSK Mariupol)

Dynamo alumnus Petrenko spent several years “under the UPL” – Arsenal-Kyiv, FC Oleksandriya and Left Bank, but failed to break into the first teams at the youth level, and after winning bronze medals with the “storks”, he left the club and ended up at the disposal of Krasnoperov. It is nice that Ivan is starting to realize his good inclinations and anthropometry. In the match with Dinaz, he earned a set piece for the first goal and scored the second himself, scoring a header while falling after a pass. He was useful and tried very hard – let this match be a breakthrough for him.

  • Best in Group A: Egor Gunichev (FC Minaj)

Dinaz is a key rival for FSK Mariupol, the season before last the teams shared the same stadium and had a rather tense, bright confrontation with a large number of goals and cards. Now, when the experienced Ryabokon has taken over the Vyshgorod team, a serious test for the Azov team was expected. The hosts have a number of veterans with great experience, including the former Mariupol striker Batalsky, for whom Dinaz is the 10th club only in the First League. However, despite significant personnel losses (disqualification of flanker Pudi, injury to goalkeeper Kravtsov and defender Fateev), FSK Mariupol played exemplary on set pieces and counterattacks, inflicting a crushing second defeat on the opponent in the First League with four goals conceded in the match, only Polesie has forgotten more of its time to Dinaz – five without an answer). FSK Mariupol won here with the same score 4:1 in the fall of 2022.

Joker of the tour – Daniil Goncharuk (Bukovina)

This is a good tour for players from the bench. Mariupol’s Pentelyichuk scored (with an assist from another joker – Baidal), Vyshgorod’s Starenky, but the best result was scored by Bukovina’s Goncharuk. Danylo replaced the injured Holub in the 25th minute, and 12 minutes later scored against Ternopil’s Nyva, and this goal turned out to be the winning one. A top performance from Goncharuk, which helps the Chernivtsi club to win three important points in the match with geographical neighbors and principled rivals.

  • SportArena statistics: 4 matches in the championship, 1 goal.

Best young player of the tour – Alexey Malaki (FSK Mariupol)

Malaki is one of the young and promising players who the coaching staff of FSK Mariupol will have to discover and transfer to real adult football. Alexey trained in Dnipro and Karpaty, was called up to the youth team of Ukraine, had a contract with the UPL club Kolos, was part of the champion squad of Buzovskaya Niva in the Second League. However, the 21-year-old defender has not yet fully realized his potential. But in the match against his former teammates from Dinaz, the fast fullback played well on his flank and largely created the third goal, working deep in the field and making it to a great pass from Demchenko. An important start for a talented footballer.

Goal of the round – Ivan Petrenko (FSK Mariupol → Dinaz)

We have a Lenten tour, lots of zeros, but there was plenty to choose from. We quote the report: “Borisenko knocked down Bogdanov about 25 meters to the left of the goal. The victim himself served a free kick, Kharzhevsky headed it from the far post to the goal line, where Petrenko, falling, shot into the goal with a “fish” shape.”

The goal can be seen in the video starting at 6:29

Hero of the tour – Ruslan Palamar (Victoria)

Read later on our website an interview with the player who scored himself and assisted Mashtalir in the match against FC Kudrovka.
