Evgeniy started the 2024/25 season as part of Minaj
Chernomorets officially presented the defender Evgeniya Skibu.
The 21-year-old player signed a two-year contract. Evgeni joined the Mariners as a free agent.
The footballer recently left Minaj. Skiba had been in Minaj’s structure since autumn 2020.
Over a four-year period, he was loaned out twice – to Mariupol and Khust. For Minai’s first team, Yevhen played 20 matches (including six this season), scoring one goal and making one assist.
In total, the central defender (he can also play in the support zone) has 30 matches in the First League and 16 at the UPL level (including the transition tournament).
Chornomorets started the UPL with three points and four defeats in five matches. Oleksandr Babich’s team, which is in 13th place, will meet its neighbor in the tournament table, Ingulets, on September 14 (if it does not withdraw from the competition).
