Russian Sports Minister Mikhail Degtyarev was appointed chairman of the race’s organizing committee.
“Financing of expenses related to the preparation and conduct of the race will be provided within the budgetary allocations provided for in the federal budget for the corresponding financial year by the federal executive body, as well as by funds from other sources,” the statement said. says the text of the document.
