Triple Olympic champion Alexander Bolshunov failed to qualify for the freestyle sprint finals at the Russian Roller Ski Championships in Tyumen.
In the first semi-final, Bolshunov showed the third result (3 minutes 15.99 seconds) and could have reached the final as a lucky loser, but in the second semi-final his opponents covered the distance faster.
Alexander Terentyev, Ivan Gorbunov, Sergey Ardashev, Sergey Volkov, Savely Korostelev and Konstantin Tiunov will take part in the final.
