Athletistic/ Figure Skating. Honored USSR figure skating coach Tatyana Tarasova reacted to comments by International Olympic Committee (IOC) President Thomas Bach, who said Russian and Belarusian athletes should still not be allowed to participate in international tournaments.

“How long do they expect to adhere to these recommendations? It’s a bad thing if Thomas Bach takes the liberty of saying it out loud. It’s very sad for our athletes,” Tarasova said.

Earlier, the IOC President said that there are no preconditions for the above recommendations to be abolished and they should be followed.
