There will be no appeal in Parsegova’s case, the debt to the Plushenko Academy will be repaid in full, the figure skater’s mother said

Natalya Parsegova, the mother of figure skater Arina Parsegova, reported on social networks that there will be no appeal in the case of her daughter and the Angela Plushenko Academy, and that the entire amount that the court ordered to pay has already been collected and will be sent in full to the plaintiff.

In 2023, Parsegova left the Evgeni Plushenko Academy and started working with Eteri Tutberidze. In June, co-owner of Plushenko Angels Academy Yana Rudkovskaya told that she would sue the figure skater’s parents over her departure. Then the Nikulinsky District Court of Moscow considered this complaint against the representatives of the 12-year-old figure skater and decided to recover 1.8 million rubles from the defendant. Parsegova’s lawyers have raised the possibility of an appeal.

In early September, Tutberidze announced that his headquarters would repay the Parsegovs’ debt in full, including taking into account the funds received as part of the group’s open formation. The event took place on September 9.

This entire amount will be paid in full to the applicant for reimbursement of services, accommodation, clothing, etc. according to the conditions provided for by law.

Arina and I express our deep gratitude to our coaches and the guys for the opportunity to refuse the call and stop wallowing in this situation… Getting dirty with people who are not involved in the situation.

We thank everyone who came and did not come, but simply bought tickets for the open training. We thank the person who wrote to SV Dudakov in May 2023 and literally kicked us to look at him when we practically decided to end our career, we thank Eteri Georgievna for giving Arina a chance to stay in sport.
