Druzhinin: “I consider the unification of aquatic federations necessary and timely”

President of the Russian Diving Federation Stanislav Druzhinin believes that the decision to unite the aquatic federations comes at the right time.

The new united federation will include the All-Russian Swimming Federation, the Russian Diving Federation, the Russian Water Polo Federation and the Russian Synchronized Swimming Federation.

As Vladimir Salnikov, president of the All-Russian Swimming Federation, previously reported to , elections for the post of head of the unified federation will take place on October 31.
